We offer FREE Standard Royal Mail Shipping on all U.K. merchandise orders £50 and over.
All orders are shipped from the U.K. and transacted in cart currency.
Pre-order & Back-Ordered Items
If your order contains pre-order or back-ordered items, we will ship items as soon as they are available. Your order may arrive in multiple packages. For International orders, please note that we will hold the entire order until the pre-ordered or back-ordered items are available. We cannot split or combine any orders. Shipping Costs + Delivery Times
Orders must be placed by 12pm GMT to start processing on the same day. Processing time usually takes 1 business day. Delivery times are based on orders placed between Monday – Friday.
If your order contains a hazmat item (e.g., nail polish, pressurized spray cans, etc.), it must ship ground 3 Day Shipping (2-8 days total delivery time).

International Shipping
We ship international orders through: Royal Mail, DHL Express and DHL eCommerce. Where available, you will be able to select your preferred shipping method at checkout. Shipping costs are calculated based on the size, weight and destination country/region of your package once you begin the checkout process.
All orders ship Monday through Friday, excluding bank holidays within the United Kingdom.
